Airport Transfers We'll pick you up from the Arrivals doorway at Alicante or Murcia airport, near the Green Cross (pharmacy) sign. We will transport you and your luggage to your accommodation and wait until you are safely indoors. On departure, we will arrive at a pre-arranged time and transport you and your luggage back to the Airport, in good time for your flight. Holiday Changeovers We will thoroughly clean the bathroom, including all sanitary ware and the floor, checking that there are loo rolls available. In the kitchen we will clean the cooker, sink and all surfaces and appliances. We will check that all pots and pans are clean and that all perishable food is thrown away. The fridge will be cleared and left open unless another guest will be arriving that day. We will spray pest killer when necessary. In the bedrooms the beds will be stripped and freshly made up, drawers checked and the room cleaned. The dirty sheets will be put in the washing machine and left to dry on the airer. All mirrors will be cleaned. The lounge will be thoroughly cleaned and left in order. All floors throughout the property will be scrubbed and the balcony/terrace/patio brushed. If any of the windows are dirty, we will wash them on the inside. We will also leave an emergency contact number. Added extras: We can meet your guests with a key, launder the dirty sheets and towels, supply a welcome pack of essentials, clean garden furniture and act as an emergency contact during their stay. Gas bottles can be refilled or replaced, Cleaning A thorough cleaning of all rooms, especially the kitchen and bathroom. All floors will be swept and washed. We can do as little or as much as you require and your requirements will be detailed on a schedule that we will keep to. Spring Cleaning This is the same as above but even more thorough. Includes pulling furniture away from walls and cleaning behind, taking out and beating rugs, taking down curtains and either washing or dry cleaning them. Washing windows inside and out, turning mattresses, and cleaning garden furniture. Builders Handovers We will brush out every room, scrpae any plaster off the floor and wall tiles, clean the windows inside and out, scraping off any paint or cement. In the kitchen and bathroom we will ensure that all the sanitary ware is clean and ready to use. Our aim is to leave the house ready to move your furniture (and guests!) in. Laundry We will pick up and return your laundry washed and ironed. This is particularly handy for bedding and towels. The charge includes travel time. Ironing You do the washing and drying, we do the pressing. Pick up and delivery service can be arranged but the travel time will be an additional cost. Window Cleaning We will clean all the windows in the property but admit defeat with the outside windows on high rise apartments! We use the old fashioned soap and water method. Dog Minding We will pick up your dog(s) and look after them in a comfortable, home environment whilst you are away, for any length of time. This service is particularly useful if you have to return to England for an extended visit, or even just whilst you are out shopping. We will discuss any special requirements that your dog is used to - sleeping in my bed not included ! |
