I lost about 55 pounds from July '03 to October '03 on the Weight Watchers program pulling an average of half a pound loss per day. The plan is just a basic low-calorie diet... I ate healthier foods, cut overeating, cut junk food, drank lots of water, and stayed active. All that on top of being young and male made for some excellent results. Weight Watchers is not just a fad diet, it teaches you how to eat right for life, and I have not gained a pound since I decided to go off program. |
