Pineapple Upside Down Cake II

6 oz. pineapple
½ c. pecans
½ c. brown sugar
1 square margarine
2 yellow cake mixes, or 3 golden pound cake mixes

Mix cake mixes according to directions.

Line the Dutch oven with aluminum foil.  Place oven onto the coals, level it, and melt the margarine in it.  Add brown sugar, then the pineapple slices, then the pecans.  Pour in cake batter.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes.  Check at 15 minutes.


Box Oven Method:
Use empty tuna fish cans.  Place a pineapple slice and a marachino cherry in the bottom.  Pour in the cake batter.  Cover in foil.  Place on a baking sheet in a box oven.
