OUTDOOR COOKING |
Cooking on a Stick |
Best done on a greener stick. Make sure the bark is peeled back from the top of the stick, a little more than you will cook with. Attach the item to be cooked securely on the stick before placing it over the fire. The best part of the fire to cook over is where there are hot, but not flaming, coals. Avoid letting your stick drop into the coals, as this will negatively flavor your meal. |
