in a Tin Can

Vagabond Stove:
Use a #10 can with the top cut off.  Cut a small door in the bottom:
    
Place a buddy burner beneath the can (below).  Cook right on top of the  can, as if you were frying/toasting.
Foods that work well:
hamburgers
hobo toast
pancakes
bacon & eggs
French toast
Tin Can Barbecue:
Use a #40 can with both the top and bottom cut off.  Cut small air holes in  the bottom.  Cover the top with a heavy screen.
   
Place hot coals under the can.  Toast on top of the screen, or use a frying  pan placed on top of the can.

Buddy Burner:
Use an empty tuna fish can.  Fill the can with shredded newspaper.  Pour  in melted paraffin.  Let cool.  Light and place beneath Vagabond Stove.
