How can I be sure that God is real?

There are many reasons to believe that God is real, many of them you already know, some of them you know but do not realize, and some of them are going to be new to you. Here are four reasons to explaining how we can be sure that God is real.


1 - There is good and there is evil

In creating humans, God chose to give us free will, knowing there was a chance for us to turn from pure love and fall into sin. That is exactally what happened with Adam and Eve (see Genesis 3) when they were tempted by Satan in the Garden of Eden. God granted us this free-will so we would be more than mere puppets on a stage and that our love for Him could and would be genuine and pure. In our free will, however, we are given the equal potential to hate.


2 - There is love

Love goes way beyond a complex chemical emotion, love goes very deep, and love is inside every human, and it is God. Animals are incapible of love, it is not programed into them. Thus there is no way that we have evolved from animals, we would not be able to love if we had. In being able to love, we are able to hate, and the difference between love and hate is once again where God and Satan come in in Reason 1.


3 - Earth is perfect for our living

There are millions of factors that play into our abitity to live. For every single one of those to be correct, in order that we might live, there are two options. The first being that there is a God, and that He created Earth to be perfect to sustain life. We are hungry, there is food to satisfy that, we are thirsty, there is water to satisfy that. The other explination is that the big bang theory is true, and we got very, very, lucky, unimaginably lucky, so lucky that there is no chance of it happening twice. Which reason seems more accurate, that God created the world just the way that it must be, or that we got extremely lucky.


4 - Evolution works toward perfection

In evolution that which does not work is done away with and what is good and works is left behind. If the big bang theroy is correct, then then universe has had trillions of years worth of evolution working in it. In these trillions of years all that is bad, would have evolved out of life. There is still bad, evil, in the world, thus there has not been trillions of years of evolution, something else must be the reason that we exist, and that reason must logically be God.
