Places to Go to Learn More
There are many local places to go that will help you to learn more about your growing faith and help you to meet new people that share in your faith, and enjoy watching you grow, just as you will learn to watch others grow. These are places such as church youth groups and faith based clubs, such as FCA and SFC itself. The best part is that there are more than enough that you will find one that goes with your style and your tastes, and there is a good chance that someone you know already goes to one of them. Youth Groups Cheyenne Hills - The J Project This Baptist youth group is open to highschool age students in the Cheyenne area. They meet at 7:00PM Wednesday nights at Cheyenne Hills, which is out near the intersection of Dell Range and Highway 30. For more information or directions please feel free to contact either us here at SFC at sfc_cheyenne@yahoo.com or Ty DesEfants, the youth leader at Cheyenne Hills at ty_chsf@hotmail.com Clubs or Groups Fellowship of Christian Athletes This is a school based program for Christians, and it goes beyond just those who are athletes. There are FCA groups at all three junior highs as well as Central and East. To get plugged into one of these groups ask in your school office or talk to us at sfc_cheyenne@yahoo.com and we will help you get in contact with who you need to. Students for Christ This is a program with a main focus on outreach into the local schools in Cheyenne. FCA is the parent organization at Central.
