At the end of the review period, we will recommend alternative turnaround strategies, develop action plans, and identify funding and management resources necessary to facilitate the turnaround. Where appropriate, we will assist in the implementation process.
A typical engagement will involve the collective efforts of key decision makers, line executives and cross functional teams, whose contributions will be integrated and complemented by our consultants.
