WHO ARE WE? Shoshoni is a Tri-Hi-Y service club sponsored by the West San Gabriel Valley YMCA. Our colors are lavendar and white and our symbol is an Indian Girl. We work hard to improve our school and community to the best of our abilities. We do community services, have socials, fundraise, and hold charity events. Our purpose also includes discovering new friendships, gaining unity, and maintaing a sense of belonging among present and future members. Our theme, "Everlasting Friendship Through Sisterhood", demonstrates how we sisters sustain a strong bond and relationship amongst ourselves through the networking of communication and teamwork. Along the journey of this inevitable experience, we will discover and comprehend what real sisterhood is -- something that could never be erased or replaced by any group, anyone, or anything. We know that through the struggles, tears, dilemmas, joys, happiness, and laughters, we will get through it together. =] |
