Hello everyone! It’s been a while. We are playing Saturday at Gooski’s with Life in Bed hope you can
all attend. We are currently finishing
up work on our new ep that will hopefully be coming out in August or
September. There is no title yet but we
will let you know soon. So stay tuned
and turned on there’ll be something coming at you soon.

We want to send out a big thank you to
everyone, in New York, Toronto, and Hamilton, for making this past trip a
complete success and an extremely fun time.
We are playing this Saturday at the Quiet Storm with The Last Night on
Earth and Anita Fix. Hope you can all
come out and welcome us back to the Burg.

ROCK OVER PITTSBURGH! This is going to be just the weekend to do
it. Friday Shade, The Black Tie Review,
and Camera will be playing at CMU. As if that wasn’t enough, on Saturday Shade,
The Wynkataug Monks, and Soloflyer from Cleveland will be playing at
Gooski’s. The Monks will be releasing
their new ep ‘Tanks’ at this show as well.

What’s Up Everyone. Head on down to Washington D.C. on Friday
and your in for a treat. That’s right
shade and The Chrome Yellow Co. we are playing at the DC9. If for some reason you’re not up for that
just stay in Pittsburgh until Saturday and head on down to the 31st St. Pub for
the Lovely Recordings Launch Party.
Four of your favorite bands will be playing: shade, The Wynkataug Monks,
The Chrome Yellow Co., and The Olympus Mons.
Everyone pick up some newspapers this week, especially Pulp, you might
find a word or two about us in there.

We just got back from a great weekend
road trip. Big thank you to Two if by
Sea for their hospitality and excellent playing. Another thank you goes out to all of our friends that came to the
shows especially the two out of town ones, its always very nice to see
you. We have two shows in March. First on the 19th in D.C. with
everyones favorite Canadians The Chrome Yellow Co.. Then on the 20th for the Lovely Recordings launch
party we play at the 31st St. Pub with The Chrome Yellow Co, The
Wynkataug Monks, and The Olympus Mons.
That’s all for now hope everyone is fine and cheery spring is just
around the corner.

this Valentine’s Day we are offering.
Just make your way down to the 31st St. Pub at about
10:00. We got some more new pictures up
so go check them out as well. Next week we have some shows: Thursday the
19th in Pittsburgh at Mr. Smalls and Friday the 20th in Baltimore at the
Talking Head Club. So get your cars
ready and hit the road it’s guaranteed to be a great time for all.

Happy belated New Year to everyone! Thanks to everyone who came to the shows in
Pittsburgh and New York last week they were both great shows. As well as a big thank you to Orangepark. We have some new pictures up on the site
from the Luxx Fashion show so check them out. We are playing tonight at Club Café so we
hope to see you there. Our next show is
on Valentines Day (Feb. 14th) at the 31st St. Pub with
the Black Keys. Following that we play
on the 19th at Mr. Smalls and the 20th in Baltimore at
the Talking Head Club. We would love to
see you all at them all.

Well it’s been a while. We played in New York and New Jersey last
week both shows went fine. For anybody
who hasn’t heard our car was broken into in New York. They smashed one of the back windows and stole some stuff out of
the back seat. Other that that though
the trip was great, and a big thank you goes out to Sparks Fly from a Kiss for
their hospitality. You can check out
some live clips from the dvd we made in LA if you would like just click here. Only some real short clips right now since
we don’t have the finished product yet.
We are playing in Hamilton Ontario on December 20th for the
Chrome Yellow Co.’s CD release show. It
will be a great time if anyone wants to make the trip.

We just got back from LA this week. Everything went fine. We have one show in this month, The Luxx Fashion
Show at The Rex Theater with Camera and The Olympus Mons. That is on October 18th. We have one more in town show next month at
Club Laga on November 9th.
Most likely these will be our only shows in Pittsburgh before the new
year so see us while you can.

We have three shows coming up in
September and one this week. This
Saturday we play at Howlers with the Wynkataug Monks and the Black Tie
review. Next we play September 8th
at Rosebud with Monarch and The Violet Burning from California. We have two shows at the end of the month as
well. On September 25th at
Modern Formations Gallery with Sparks Fly From a Kiss from New York and on the
27th at the 31st St. Pub with the Wynkataug Monks and the
Olympus Mons. Then it is off to LA to
record a CD and to make some videos.

We have four shows coming up in the next
week. It would be nice to see you at
all at two of them at least. Friday and
Saturday we are playing with our good friends from Canada the Chrome Yellow
Company. If any of you haven’t seen
them before they are awesome. Tuesday
we are playing with Phaser from DC, again awesome, and Wednesday with Camera,
need I say it again, awesome. So I
guess you should come to all four.

This is the week. Our first show in two months in Pittsburgh
is Saturday night at the 31st St. Pub. We are playing with the Silver Thread and the Waxwings from
Detroit. Be there. Our split 7” with the Silver Thread also got
reviewed this week in the City Paper. Check it out if you haven’t seen it yet.

What’s up everyone? We have a show coming up this week at Club
Café with the Wynkataug Monks. It promises
to be a great time. We are also going
to Toronto the week after. A good time
is guaranteed for all who make the trip.
We are pretty much done recording our new EP so hopefully we will have
some new music in a month or so. That’s
about it for now.

Hello everyone. Thanks to all of you who came out to the Pub last Friday. We are playing this Saturday at the Warsaw Tavern. There will be two bands in from out of town playing with us, The Telefonics from Erie and Levi Ride from Toronto. Hope you can all come out. We are also heading to Erie on Friday and Toronto on the 25th to play with both these bands if anyone feels like a rode trip.

For anyone that was planning on coming we are sorry that the Gooski’s show was canceled it was beyond our control. We are playing on the 10th at the pub so hopefully we will see you there. If you haven’t picked up a cd yet you can now get them in some local music stores. Paul’s Cds, Dave’s Music Mine, Record Village, The Record Exchange, and Cd Warehouse in Oakland all have copies of the cd. Happy New Year everyone and again hope to see you on the 10th.

We are playing this Friday the 13th at Nick’s Fat City. If you don’t come to that we hope to see you all at Gooski’s on the 28th.

Friday night at the 31st St. Pub with New Invisible Joy and Saturday night at the Rea Coffee House at Chatham College with Olympus Mons and the Wynkataug Monks. Happy Halloween everyone. Just wanted to let you all know, if you don’t already, we are playing two shows this Saturday one at the club café and one at Gooskis. The venue for the all ages cd release party has changed. Instead of being at Chatham College it will now be at the American Music Café. Hope to see you all there.

We have decided to do an all ages cd release show for all of our younger fans. This will be at the REA Coffeehouse in Chatham College on Monday August 26th. We have also just been added to the play list at www.pittsburghnetradio.com. Check it out you might be able to hear a little before you buy the cd.

Well we have just got back from our tour of California. It was an extremely successful trip. We have just set the date for the cd release party and that is Friday August 30th at the 31st St. Pub. We will be playing with Up the Sand Box and Life in bed. Hope to see you all there.

Shade’s first full-length album is set to come out the first week of July. The album is tentatively titled, “Forever Now, Nowhere Tomorrow.” The release party, however, will most likely not take place until we return from our tour of California.
