| Welcome to the Arms Labs, a building under construction in the Anime Street. It's situated at the beginning of the street, on the left side, in front of the One Piece Harbor, a very good location especially since Egrigori and Blue Men started experimenting on the genetic compatability between our species and evolved marine life forms and of rubber (Mokey D. Rufy and Arlong, as two examples). Unfortunately, the studies, for not such a long period of time, have become difficult to concentrate on since others began to build on the Street. For example, the Kagome Kagome Ghost Agency on the opposite side of the street have become very bothersome since they started barging into the labs, protesting against the strange electromagnetic waves coming from out buildings, saying that they disturb their after life researches and the such. Strangely, however, a short time before we were about to blow the whole thing up—exept for ourselves—with out powers, Keith Blue made us see the importance of installing an alliegiance with our neighbors. For example, the blood bank across from us is very useful when the ARMS subjects beat each other up, and the Get Backers, from the Garage, two buildings over are rather good at getting back whatever information or project the other secret organizations might have stolen from us. |
