DEGREE COLLEGE
STUDENTS COUNCIL
The Students Councils of the Degree College is a panel of the student class representatives and secretaries of various associations. The Councils acts as a channel of communication between the students and the Principal and the staff. The also help in a coordinating the various activities of the college.
NSS
The  NSS unit aims of making the students aware of the various social problems and awakening in them the desire to contribute whatever possible in their own little way to make the society a better place to live in. It believes that the hours spent in the NSS  makes a student more responsible to himself and the society that he live in. To the guide the students the NSS conducts  awareness camps (AIDS, Hepatitis B etc) Blood Donation camps and a Ten Days Camps. The NSS students also help in organizing various activities in the college.
Quiz Club
The Quiz Club was started in 1997 with objective of improving the students reading habits. The club displays questions on currents affairs every month and students submit awareness to the same.  It helps in keeping students abreast of current affairs and prepares them for inter- collegiate  Quiz competition.
CAREER GUIDANCE CLUB
This club has been formulated in 1999 with the aim of orienting the students with various career options after HSC and Graduation. The club aims at providing students with information not only by way of printed information but also by inviting guest lecturers from various fields and by organizing exhibitions.
MAGAZINE CLUB
The club encourages aspiring student writers and poets by displaying their writings regularly on the bulletin board. Students are also encouraged to participate in inter-college events.
HISTORY & POLITICAL SCIENCE  ASSOCIATION   was started in 1997 with the objective of giving students information about current findings in history and currents happening in politics.
NCC
Though the college does not have own NCC wing it has always encouraged the students to register at cadets in the battalion at MVLU college.
NCC unit started in 1993. Every Saturday there is training for 4 hours. There are regular parades  and camps have been conducted at Delhi, Kerala,Amritsar in Ms.Jayshree Patil earned the honor of being the only NCC cadet selected from Mumbai to visit Kargil. Ms. Sonal Bane won the award of the best NCC cadets in her batallion.
GYMKHANA
The Gymkhana was officially inaugurated on the 13th June 2000. Prior to these the college has organized various tournaments in carom,chess, volley ball, table-tennis and Cricket.
COLLEGE LIBRARY
Six years old, the college library today has above 1000 books. It also stocks on journals and newspapers.
