| Over the summer of 2002 I had the amazing experience of being a counselor for Summer Discovery at UCLA in California. Summer Discovery is a Six week program for High School students to take College credit and Enrichment courses, while meeting new students from all over the world. Summer Discovery balances education with fun and gets students ready for college. Through Summer Discovery I took on the role of teacher, guardian, and most of all friend to hundreds of students. Here is a little insight to a summer I will never forget. |
