Erin's Bean Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese 1 lb. ground beef Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, blend the sour cream, salsa and refried beans. Brown and drain ground beef. Add ground beef to the sour cream, salsa and bean mixture. Fold in 1/2 the Cheddar cheese. Transfer the mixture to an 8x12 inch baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned. Serve with tortilla chips. |
