I screwed on the oarlocks and added a cleat on the forward bulkhead. I also installed an eyebolt in the bow to attach a tow rope or dock line. I had previously installed gudgeons (little brackets to hold the rudder) on the back of the hull.
It was also at this point that I discovered that I had forgotten to drill holes in the aft bulkhead to attach the sheet horse. Out came the drill and a bit more epoxy and paint.....
