Funny name!

For those who have come from my home page ... hee hee my ploy has worked. I called this page the 'Funereal' page, the intelligent among you should have clicked to learn what it is all about ( what is life without taking a risk, you know that now-a-days going from one page to the other is 'loaded' with risks). The more particular among you might have spotted the spelling mistake calling 'Funeral' as 'Funereal' ... you are close to understanding me, my intention was to call it 'Real Fun' , but somehow I could contort it into something contentious and at once attention grabbing by calling it 'Funereal' leaving a bug to the spies among you! Initially I called it just 'Fun Page' but to my dismay I myself was not interested in clicking on it !!! so I had to reinvent... great, huh!

There you are ... this is time to play the cutest games on earth (atleast this is what any page should claim,right...so I do too!) . Here you come across simple games which you always loved to play as a child(I never came across most of these in my childhood , so notice, I have used "you" ! ) . You can test your wits against the 'loopy moron'( Finally, I think I have invented a phrase, which I always wanted to, do give me the credits if you happen to use my 'MOTHER OF ALL INVENTIONS'), I mean the computer!!! Initially when I started my homepage I did with 3 games but now I have seven, all collected from various sources in the internet ocean. I request you to read the paragraphs associated with each game sub-heading so that you get a feel of the game and also know my own experiences or rather the lack of it, while playing these.

Infact, there are numerous(most of them quite stupid) games available to be put up here, but I have carefully chosen the best keeping in mind the ease and interest level of the game. I obviously don't want to spam my own pages with mindless shit !!!

Note: All links can be rightaway clicked ,they will open in an appropriate sized window.

  • DotsGame:   This is one game I used to regularily play during my class hours in school days. Just take a friends notes go to the last white page and draw a grid of dots, the more time at hand the bigger the grid! Be careful this game does wily things if you don't notice it properly. This is the time for you to take the incarnation of Morse(Samuel) and just think in 'DOTS" and 'DASHES'........

  • Tic-Tac-Toe:   To tell you the truth, this is my favourite one, I have played this one 'n' times. Initially it was able to beat me convincingly, but somehow I seem to have mastered this game and am repaying it in the same token. This is really an addictive game and you will know the thrill of beating this moron only if you play it many times. This game is such that alternatively either the computer starts or you have the chance to start. You are the 'X' man fiddling with the all conquering 'O'. Problem, go on....

  • Towers of Hanoi:   This one is for the grey matter in you. This is more of a puzzle than a game. This is a classic in the world of puzzles. For those who are just curious what this is all about there is an option of the computer solving it for you. Just select the number of discs, start the game and simply press 'Solve it' ... bingo!!! you'll have the privilege of seeing it getting solved. For the more patient ones you can solve it by yourself moving one disc at a time. The goal is to move the discs on the center pole to any adjoining pole and be ordered similarily. The lesser the number of discs you choose the easier to solve .....so if you think you have more grey matter than others, go for 7 ;-)))

  • HangMan :   This is the classic game of Hangman. I first came to play this on my Linux terminal and very much got absorbed, as I was a lil bit confident of my vocab! But the game is a real bitch, it literally hangs you down when you are groping for the obvious things. Take the challenge , I bet, you'll get a clear sight of the gallows .... HAPPY HANGING!!!

  • Five-In-A-Row:   This is a fabulous game and engrossing in it's own way. Like Tic-Tac-Toe you wud see only 'O's and 'X's but the resemblence ends there. You have to form a string of five 'X's in any direction and you win, Hurrah!!! Cool down baby, you are not playin with a kiddo but me ... 'the superintelligent computer' .... this is what I realised!! It is virtually impossible to win in this game, I don't know why (only then we realise how dumb we are, pitted against these 'loopy' monsters). If you do happen to win, tell me ... and I wud not believe you!!!

  • Eight-Queens-Problem:   As the name suggests it's a real problem. Just imagine people having to manage with one 'queen' and suudenly you are thrusted with eight queens ... initially it would be music to your ears ...but later you would realise what sought of a music! This is a game for a change. You have to place 8 queens (here tick marks) so that none of them can possibly eat into each other. If you place one in the line of fire your tick mark wont be accepted. Frankly, it took me a lot of time to figure out my first(and only) solution. It seems there are 92 solutions... oops! Get one ... I bestow upon you the services of all the 8 quuens. So, what's the delay for ... don't delay for this megaoffer!!!

  • 3D-TTT:   We have come to the last game, so there should be something special which would elevate you to the next level .... I mean it, literally ... Yeah! this is a 3D Game for you. This is again an adaptation of the Tic-Tac-Toe with an extra dimension! You have to make FOUR 'X's in anyway just they need to be in a straight line. Now the straight line can be in three-dimensions. Confused, initially I too was, best way is once let the Computer win once and you understand and later give a fight...the only change is you would loose intelligently!!! Hard-nut to crack. You see what I mean, you have to visualise the 3-dimensions but the computer need not (as it cannot!!) so has the edge. Add an extra dimension to your thinking and take-off into the space ....987654321 swoooooooooooshhhhhhhhh...
