Dear Stretch,

Even the old gods portrayed little sense regarding their debts. By example, notorious was Thor, the thunder god, amongst blacksmiths, for his terrible strength caused constant repair to his mighty axe. Yet his pockets were always lacking of substance.

If my memory serves me, this is the small spell I devised to serve Thor's regular need: Find thee a pouch or bag that is small, but adequate to hold coins. Mark upon the bag the sign of money in green, on both sides. Place upon thy person an equal element of green, and take the bag out into the night. Stand with the bag held before thee and chant:

"Elements of the coin, I beseach thou me join,
Please note thee my plight, and bring me coins from this night."

Take a sweet scent, such as a flower or cooking perfume (rose, lavendar, vanilla or cinnamon), and sprinkle it on the ground whilst turning around, thus forming a circle of scent. Repeat the chant and scent-turning 2 more times. Then take the bag and place it under thy bed. If thou hast any luck, passersby will enjoy thy entertaining antics, and will drop spare coins into thy bag. Or, at the very least, with the bag beneath thy bed, thou canst dream of many riches.
