INTRODUCTION

Since 1975 Pakistan Progressive Associates (PPa) is licensed by Ministry of Labour, Manpower and Overseas Employment , Government of Pakistan for recruitment of manpower. To meet the growing demand and increasing confidence of the clients, another licence in the name of Dynamic Employment Services (DES) was obtained in 1996. So far the group has assisted over thousands of engineering and other technical personnel in obtaining gainful jobs with numerous European and Asian firms including American, British, German and Suadi firms in Middle Eastern Countries, besides managing the workers on the job sites, and providing complete life base facilities with tools and equipments.

PPa guarantee selection of competent personnel according to the requirement of clients, for which a "module" is developed incorporating job specification and job description of manpower required for a particular project.
PPa does not take any gratification from workers and thus selection & processing on merit is ensured.
PPa take minimum time to complete various formalities of workers. Paper work is completed through network supported by various check-lists to ensure timely complettion of various formalities such as advertisement, screening applications, interviewing candidates, testing the candidates for skill & medical fitness, documentation, visa endorsement, protectorate and travel arrangement.
