MILLENNIUM STAMP SERIES COMPETITION

Introduction: Millennium series is an exciting edition stamp series that commemorates the most significant people, events and accomplishments of the 20th century.  Each country has its own way of dedicating the decade as a way of expressing the History on Stamps! Some countries put them on a series and some on a one sheet depicting on a different designs! All of you are invited to join this Photo Contest.

DETAILS:  Under the Photo Album Millennium Photo Contest, please post a sheet/serie of your favorite Millennium stamp of your country or another country of your choice.  You don't need to have them to participate, you can copy from different website and submit them as your entry.  Please accompany your entry with the write up of what the stamp serie was all about for learning purposes.

PRIZES:
First: One mint sheet of the US Celebrate the Century Series
Second: Fist Day of Issue US 4 cents Andrew Carnegie 1835-1919 Founder of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace
Third: 100 used WW stamps

JUDGING:  The Photo Contest will be judge not by me or you but by by three different people outside the club to free from bias.

DEADLINE:  Please submit your entry not later tahn 7/22/01.  I am looking forward to see so many stamp entries.  GOOD LUCK!
