Original Uncolored Cachet
 

Here we have a very nice engraved Artcraft Cachet featuring the American Cancer Society's Sword of Hope and images of doctors and scientists working to help end the scourge of cancer.  This cachet was designated the official cachet of the American Cancer Society.  The first cover above has been very nicely hand colored by persons unknown.  The second became a combination cover with the addition of the Pap Test stamp issued on May 18, 1978.  Artcraft produced its first cachet for the 3c New York World's Fair stamp issued on April 1, 1939.  The cachet includes the following text:
