This looks like a very nice Frank Ulrich Hand Painted Cachet, but I wouldn't know for sure since I've been unable to add an example to my collection.  This crude black and white copy of the cachet, showing that it features a knight on horseback, was taken from the Mellone catalog.  Since I loved Frank's Cancer Crusade Banner Cachet (M28), I'm sure I would also love this cachet, if I could find one.  If you have any idea how I can obtain a copy of this cover, please drop me a line at smith@in.net.  Frank created his first hand painted cachet back in the early 1960s.
