| Elmer was a Pulpwood Scaler for the Scotia Lumber Company for many years. Later, he was a District Superintentant for the Mersey Paper Company until he retired in 1965. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Agnes MacQuarrie was Elmer's Second Wife. Agnes was a daughter of John Lauchlin and Mary Bubar MacQuarrie. | |||||||||||||||||||

| Their daughter Elma (born Dec. 31, 1928) shown right in 1948, when she graduated from Dietetic Internship at Toronto General Hospital. Elma is a graduate of St.F.X University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also graduated from New York University and was employed by the New Jersey Dept. of Veteran Affairs as Chief Clinical Dietician until April 2001, when she retired after 30 years of service. Elma now lives in Brick, New Jersey. |
