MacGregor Fraser was born August 17, 1917. He died March 15, 2002.
Mac was a graduate of Acadia
Univerisity. He was a teacher, having taught in Lower Caledonia, Stewiacke, Westville, Central Colchester County High School and retired from Musquodoboit Harbor High School.
Alice ( born Dec.7, 1914, died May 3, 1994) was a daughter of Elmer & Margaret MacLean MacIntosh of Hopewell.
I would like to note that Mac Fraser was a survivor of the Halifax Explosion . Mac was in front of a big mirror (Elmer's first wife Bessie  Archibald  Fraser had a Hat Shop.) Mac had a scar on his face caused by a part of the broken mirror falling on him. Elmer was pinned under a beam of the house. The next day, there was a big blizzard making rescue difficult. People came from as far away as Boston to aid in the rescue. Mac's crying brought rescuers to Elmer's house. The baby was passed from hand to hand by rescuers. Elmer was hospitalized for several weeks. After discharge from hospital, Elmer  had to advertise to find Mac. A couple in Annapolis had him. The baby was given the name MacGregor because his mother's name included the name MacGregor.
