Here is the Importance of Health Performance

 

    The other day my school had a speaker named Thomas Hamilton. He has a Ph. D. in Health Science and he came to talk to us about nutrition and if we eat properly we can improve our physical performance. He also stated a simple fact that everyone needs to know, especially adolescent females.

"Weight isn't only measured by your body fat it's also measured by bones and muscle"
"If you really feel that you need to diet, you don't need to abruptly stop eating you need to do it slowly so that your body gets food but you also lose weight."

If this was a fact made known world wide think how many anorexics and bulimics we can save. Also think how much money we can save in Health care because we won't need to treat these people.
