| The staff at SOF has always produced the desired results in terms of academic perfomance. The hirearchy is a non-sophisticated one because almost all the staff members are treated the same and deliver the same input to the project.At SOF, we have always put emphasis on proffessionalism and thus have made it our first priority in everything we do during our quest for perfection. |
| SOF is known for its excellence in the academic field. That is precisely the reason why SOF has won the hearts of educators, school heads and pupils alike. Our staff has all the neccessary ingrediants to perform world-class tutorial sessions like we have always done in the past. Moreover, high schools in Vryheid have put their trust on us such that we have constantly received requests from them urging us to help out during the examination times. |
| The structure of the project's staff is set up to accomodate all the participants (from the members' point of view). We don't have bosses but we have leaders who are both talented and relevently experienced. Afterall, every staff member is a leader at SOF. We would also gladily welcome anyone who is interested in joining us on our mission. We need motivated people whose hearts are eager to help. |
