This is Stinky Cheese central! The place where pages of truly outstanding status get the credit they deserve! We here at Stinky Cheese love to award those excellent peoples who have taken the time to design and publish those page we feel we should recognize. The pages listed here were discovered after hours and hours of scouring the internet for those pages that shone out like stars in the night, or stuck out like a sore thumb. We found these pages to be either truly stinky or abnormally cheesy.

To be listed on the Stinky Cheese listing you must meet several criterion that we have divided up into several categories.

Stinky Cheese- This page is stinky.

Classic Stinky Cheese- Not only stinky, but cheesy as well.

All Time Stinky Cheese- Consistently stinky.

Stinky Cheese Runner-Up- Not so stinky.

Contained Stink- This page no longer stinks.

If you feel that you know of a page that is stinky and fits into one of these categories, please nominate it at Stinky Cheese Nominations. (This is a great way to make friends.)

After a page is nominated, it will be reviewed by the Big Cheese, then, if he feels it does have certain stinky cheese qualities, it will be voted on by the board of trustees. If it is accepted as a nominee, the individual will be notified via e-mail. If the individual accepts the award, he will accept the nomination via e-mail, and the individual will receive two gifs to be posted. One of them wiil be the award, in an attractive 300 x 225 pixel format ready for posting, and the other a small Cheese now! animated gif to be linked to this page. If the author of the page then accepts the award, and later feels that the page no longer stinks, the page may be nominated for the Contained Stink award.
