second wife because his wife had produced "enough" girls.Elementary biology teaches us that the sex of a child is determined by the male. He has the defining X and Y chromosomes and depending on which one fuses with the female's X chromosome, then you have a boy or a girl. For the spiritualists, the sex/gender of a child is determined by God or gods.

 The turnout was more than 90%, with female voters outnumbering the men. Ninety-five percent voted in favour of the document, which states on its first page: "Every citizen shall cast his vote for or against . . . which he can cast at the district where he is . . .and all persons are equal".

 


 

Gender Disparity within the Somali Society The women also need to be educated in their religion to understand that Islam does not deny the rights of women but instead upgrades and gives lot of opportunities to women for education, employment, ownership of properties, and is completely against violence of all sorts.
