Amber sat in first block with Bianca and Jeff listening to their teacher give them instructions on the math work for the class.

    "So Amber picked out what your wearing to the dance?"asked Bianca. Amber shook her head and pushed her hair behind her ears. That morning AJ and her woke up late so she was just wearing a pair of black jogging pants and a white tank top that came just above her belly button, she had to drive AJ back to his place then over to the school barely making the warning bell.

    "Oh well I have so picked out my outfit,"said Jeff turning around using his girly voice,"My little Gucci dress with the cute little knee high boots." Both girls smiled at his comment.

    "You'll be the belle of the ball then Mr.Willows,"said the teacher. The whole class lightly snickered then went back to work.

    "So Amby Bambi I seen you last night with sex toy, bad boy McLean,"said Jeff. Amber stared at him with big eyes as Bianca looked her.

    "AJ McLean?"asked Bianca slowly.

    "Jeff,"whinned Amber,"I never should've told you."

    "Your screwing AJ McLean?"asked Bianca.

    "I'm outtie,"said Jeff turning around. Amber sighed and turned to Bianca who had a blank look on her face. Amber nodded slowly then expected Bianca to go crazy ranting at her about it.

    "How?"asked Bianca.

    "We got teamed together for a science project, Ms.Walsh conned him into coming to my house and things just fell into place,"said Amber quietly. Bianca sat there sorting the information out in her head then leaned over to Amber.

    "You are with such a hottie,"said Bianca quietly. Amber looked at Bianca like she was crazy.

    "What?"asked Amber.

    "He is hot,"said Bianca,"But you do know Alexa is going to give you holy hell for it,"said Bianca.

    "She doesn't know,"said Amber. Bianca nodded and gave her the I-Won't-Tell-Her look.

    "So you two dating?"asked Bianca. Amber nodded.

    "What's he like? How's he in bed?"asked Bianca.
 
    "He's a doll, he takes care of me, I just have this safe sense around him like nothing could ever hurt me,"said Amber.

    "He also rolled them out of bed when they were getting jiggy,"said Jeff turning around,"And who was the guy in the back?"

    "Kevin,"said Amber,"He's AJ's younger foster brother, the kid is a sweetheart."

    "You've fallen for AJ McLean,"said Bianca smiling,"I want to meet him."

    "What?"asked Amber.

    "I won't tell Alexa if you let me meet him,"said Bianca.
 
    "I'm suppose to meet him at my car after school,"said Amber,"Then were going back to my house to pick up Kevin."

    "Oh I wanna meet him today,"said Bianca.

    "We'll see,"said Amber.

    During the break between third and fourth block Amber stood at Alexa's locker well she packed her bag.
 
    "So whatcha doing after school?"asked Alexa.

    "I'm busy, my dad and I are going looking for new furniture for the den,"said Amber.

    "Oh well call me when you get home we'll go tot he mall,"said Alexa.

    "Sure,"said Amber nodding. Amber walked down the halls to Ms.Walsh's class people were pushing to get to class throught the crowds of people standing talking to people. She walked into class and took her usual seat as the bell rang.

    "Okay class we're not working on the project today because the basketball has a game today so half our class is missing, so we're going to watch a movie,"said Ms.Walsh,"We get to watch Titanic." A low moan came over the class.

    "Well if you don't want to watch it you can simply go to the library,"said Ms.Walsh.

    "I'll go,"said Luke Williams, one of Jeff's friends.

    "Me too,"said David Meadows.

    "Yeah me too,"said Will Richards standing up. Luke walked up the aisle and kicked Amber's desk motioning her to go.

    "Uh yeah I'll go to,"said Amber standing up and quickly walking from the room with them.

    "Okay time to have some fun,"said Luke.

    "We're going to the library,"said Amber.

    "Yeah but Jeff's class is down there studying,"said David smiling.

    "So let's go to the cafe load up on food then head on down to the library,"said Luke. The three of them walked down the hall annoying classrooms in session.

    "You guys where's the library?"asked Will.

    "By the office dimwit,"said Luke as they walked into the cafeteria. The three of them stood in front of the vending machines well Luke fed dollars into the machine well punching in numbers for the candy. When they were done Amber led them to the library, they walked in and seen Jeff's social study class quietly working. Alexa's head popped up from a table and smiled at Amber. She waved her over well Jeff quickly came over to them.

    "What are you guys doing here?"asked Alexa.

    "Ms.Walsh is showing us a movie because the basketball team is playing,"said Amber,"And we got to come to the library."

    "Wanna go watch the game?"asked Alexa,"It's playing here."

    "Really?"asked Jeff.

    "Yeah,"nodded Alexa.

    "Kay let's go,"said Luke.

    "Wait,"said Jeff. He ran back over to his table and grabbed his bag then picked up Alexa's on the way out.

    "Run,"said Jeff as he got to them. Amber looked over and seen the teacher looking at them. Alexa grabbed her bag and jogged out of the library with the rest of them.

    Once they made it to the large big they took seats up in the bleachers with some other students who were cutting class starting a long weekend.

    "Hey there's Adrian,"said Amber pointing down to their team.

    "Go Adrian,"shouted Jeff as he stole a bag of chips from Luke.

    "Your not suppose to eat in here,"said Alexa.

    "Do we look like we care?"asked David,"We practice outside."

    "Football players,"muttered Alexa.

    "Gotta love em',"said Amber smiling as she took a chip from Jeff's bag.

    "Oh look Adrian scored,"said Will. Jeff and Will whistled at him and when Adrian looked up in the bleachers he seen them and they waved well batting her eyes.

    "You two are terrible,"said Amber swatting Will's leg.

    "Only the best for you my dear,"said Will. For the next hour they watched the game annoying the players and every one around them. After school Amber quickly picked up her bag from Science and ran into Bianca on her way out.

    "Hey,"said Bianca smiling,"Let's go meet him."

    "You never give up do you?"asked Amber as they walked out to the parking lot. Amber walked over to her car and seen AJ no where around.

    "Where is he?'asked Bianca.

    "Haven't a clue,"said Amber shaking her head as she pulled out her keys,"He could been at my place with Kevin." Bianca quickly got into the passenger's side and Amber started up the engine.

    The drive home was very silent Amber kept thinking about things and how her life was going. She pulled into the driveway and parked her car. As they walked into the house they heard voices coming from her father's study, Amber dropped jacket by the door and looked for AJ's shoes but only found Kevin's. Amber and Bianca walked down the hall to her father's study and stood in the door as Kevin looked around the room in awe well Will told him about a court case he was working on.

    "Dude I'd love to be a lawyer, I'd be like a lawyer for foster kids who get in trouble,"said Kevin looking at the books.

    "Gee then I can see you in court I'll be on the bench deciding your case,"said Amber as she walked into the room with Bianca. Both Kevin and Will looked over to see Amber and Bianca.

    "Where's AJ?"asked Kevin.

    "Dunno, thought he was here because he wasn't at my car after school,"said Amber.
 
    "Hi Bianca,"said Will,"Amber how was your day?"

    "Good,"said Amber nodding as she took a seat along with Bianca across from her father,"Kevin, this is Bianca, she's a friend of mine, Bianca, Kevin."

    "Hey,"said Kevin as he took a seat on the corner of Will's desk.

    "So what did you do today?"asked Amber to Kevin.

    "Well I woke up at eleven, Alanha made me one kick ass breakfast then I watched some TV and then your Dad told me about some of his law stuff,"said Kevin smiling.

    "Good then everyone had a good day except for Bianca,"said Amber smiling.

    "Well I'm going to have to leave you guys' I'm escorting Martin and Robert to the airport,"said Will.

    "Oh gee too bad,"muttered Amber.

    "I'll see you hopefully all at dinner,"said Will pulling on his suit jacket,"That means you Kevin."

    "Yes Mr.Banks,"said Kevin nodding. Amber watched as her father left the room then pulled out a cigarette and lit it.

    "Ya know what would be really nice?"asked Kevin.

    "If Bianca gave you a cigarette?"asked Amber answering for him.

    "That would be nice,"said Kevin pouting. Bianca sighed and handed Kevin a cigarette as she lit one herself. Amber handed Kevin her lighter then grabbed a large glass ash tray trimmed in 24K gold from her father's desk.

    "So this is proof your dating AJ McLean?"asked Bianca taking a drag off her cigarette.

    "Hell it was we needed proof that AJ was dating her,"said Kevin,"Trust me this is crazy."

    "What are we doing until dinner?"asked Amber,"And Bia, don't think about ditching because my dad will royally kick your butt if you don't."

    "Fine,"sighed Bianca.

    "What, you don't want to be here?"asked Kevin,"Girl damn you must be crazy look at this place, this a fucking palace."

    "Bia is a little upset because she's suppose to be with Steven for dinner so tonight he'll have to eat alone,"said Amber.

    "I'll stay here,"sighed Bianca,"But I gotta call Steven afterwards to come pick me up."

    "Who's Steven?"asked Kevin.

    "Her boyfriend,"said Amber Kevin shook his head.

    "All you girls have boyfriends, when will I become one,"said Kevin.

    "In your own time dear,"said Amber.

    At four o'clock Amber heard the door bell ring, she got up from the couch in the den where they were watching Jerry Springer. She walked to the door as Alanha opened it and there stood Jeff and Will.

    "Hi,"waved Jeff.

    "What are you doing here?"asked Amber walking over to the door.

    "Came to visit,"said Jeff.

    "Actually stupid here pissed off his cook and we're a little screwed for dinner,"said Will,"So dear Miss Alanha, would you feed two lonely souls?"

    "Of course more the merrier,"said Alanha letting them come inside.

    "Bia's here,"said Amber as Jeff and Will pulled off their shoes,"Also Alanha make sure AJ has a place at the table." Alanha nodded then headed back to the kitchen, she was happy for when Amber's friends flooded over for dinner she had a real amount of people to feed.

    "Also Amber make sure AJ has a place in your bed,"said Will imitating Amber.

    "Shut up,"said Amber as they walked towards the den,"Or I'll kick your starving asses out on the street." Will and Jeff walked into the den and looked at Bianca sitting on the couch with Kevin.

    "Gee Bianca we knew you liked innocent guys but isn't this a little crazy,"said Jeff as he sat on the floor in front of the TV.

    "Guys this is Kevin, Kevin Jeff and Will our school's most famous football players,"said Amber.

    "Hey,"said Will sitting next to Jeff,"How'd you get hooked up with them?"

    "I'm AJ's younger foster brother,"said Kevin a little uneasy. The two guys looked nice but still their buff well muscular frames     intimated Kevin.

    "So where is Prince Charming?"asked Jeff as Amber took a seat next to Kevin on the couch.

    "Dunno, he was suppose to meet me after school,"said Amber,"Never showed so I'm going to hold Kevin hostage until he comes to me."

    "Fuck you might as well tell him your holding fucking London hostage,"said Kevin.

    "Don't say that and watch your mouth,"said Amber smacking Kevin's shoulder. Kevin looked over at her with raised eyebrows then quickly dropped the defensive look he just wasn't use to someone telling him how to behave.

    "Amby Bambi where did you hide the N64?"asked Jeff laying on his back and looking up at her on the couch.

    "It's over there under the blankets,"said Amber pointing over to the a pile of blankets next to the entertainment center. Jeff did a perfect sit up and crawled over to the blankets, he reached under them and pulled out a large Nintendo 64 box. He opened it and quickly hooked it up with the help of Will.

    "You guys suck at it,"whinned Bianca,"I can even beat you at it."

    "Hey that was only James Bond and the only reason you got further than me was because your little brother showed you how,"said Jeff defensivly.

    "I still beat you,"muttered Bianca.

    "Heard that,"called Jeff as he pressed the start button. James Bond Golden Eye was in and Jeff was plugging in the controllers.

    "Kay anyone wanna play?"asked Jeff as Will grabbed a controller.

    "I wanna play,"said Kevin getting up and moving to the floor next to Jeff.

    "Amby Bambi?"asked Jeff holding up the red controller.

    "Nope,"said Amber,"I'd rather not turn my brain into mush."

    "Then why do you have the stupid system?"asked Bianca.

    "My brother begged for it then left a month later,"said Amber.

    Amber and Bianca watched the three guys play Nintendo until six when Alanha came into the room to announce dinner. Amber waited until everyone was up and leaving, she stood up and grabbed the back of Kevin's shirt and pulled him back.

    "What's up?"asked Kevin.

    "You okay?"asked Amber.

    "Fine,"said Kevin.

    "Any idea where AJ is?"asked Amber.

    "I seriously don't know, it's unusual for him to break his word,"said Kevin.

    "Fine,"sighed Amber as the doorbell rang. She walked with Kevin to the door where Alanha had swung it open to reveal AJ standing at the door, blood was running down the right side of his face and large bruises were scattered along him.

    "AJ,"said Amber softly as Alanha quickly ushered him in.

    "What happened to you,"said Kevin as he looked at AJ standing there bleeding from his head.

    "Jesse's brother and me had a little talk,"said AJ smirking slightly.

    "Oh god,"said Amber walking over to her,"Come we'll clean you up."

    "Alanha get some towels and ice,"said Bianca as she followed Amber and AJ up the stairs. Amber lead AJ into the main upstairs bathroom and forced him to sit on the toilet. She grabbed a towel and soaked it in cold water as Bianca seached the cupboards for bandaids. Amber lightly dabbed around the source of blood on his left temple.
 
    "Ouch,"hissed AJ.

    "How deep is the cut?"asked Bianca walking over to look at it.

    "I'm fine,"whinned AJ.

    "No you're not do ou see all this blood,"said Amber showing him the blood stained towel.

    "It's a head cut it'll bleed more,"said Bianca,"Amber move over." Bianca pushed Amer aside and finished cleaning AJ's cut as Alanha came up.

    "A band aid will fix it but if it keeps bleeding got get stitches,"said Bianca as she placed a band aid over AJ's cut,"Now hold the ice to your cheek so the swelling goes down."

    "What are you a nurse or something?"asked AJ.

    "She took first aid,"said Amber as AJ stood up,"AJ this is Bianca, one of my friends, Bianca, AJ."

    "Hey,"said AJ,"Thanks for the clean up."

    "Anytime,"said Bianca smiling.

    "All right can we get on with dinner?"asked Alanha.

    "Sure,"said AJ,"I'm straving." Alanha quickly left to tend to the others, AJ went to follow her but Amber pulled him back but the rear end of his jeans. AJ smiled as he lightly pushed his lips against Amber's.

    "We'll talk later about this,"said Amber before pushing him out the door.

    "Oh my god he is such a hottie,"whispered Bianca as AJ left.

    "I know,"smiled Amber.
