Dear Journal,
ARUSHA... that's what we did today. lol... Well, first off we'd planned on going to see the black & white colebus (sp I know) monkeys pero since it was all rainy that didn't work. So instead we took a bus up there & went out to eat at this lovely little place w/ tables shaped like Texas lol. We all had pizza's (well, a couple people got calzone's) Was really good.
Then we walked... A LOT... everyone's legs hurt afterwards, pero it was worth it. We got to go down souvanier alley & look at stuff. I found one or two things I might like to try to get. Not sure when we're going back though
We also had a very lovely incident when leaving the Boldens...
I stepped outside & Amy said to look down... .there was a millipede.. well, Richard & I looked at it w/ her awhile... Then Chris came out & said he thought it was a worm... no legs... Heath & Barbara came... & Heath gets a leaf to get it to crawl on... & it does the weirdest thing... it started striking at it. Can you say baby Black Mamba? So Heath cut both ends off w/ his pocket knife & did a little dance on it... (oh.. excuse me.. chorography) Was kinda funny....
