Ooooo.. Friday the 13th! Scary. GoodthingI'm not supersticious huh? Although I did turn my ankle today... LOL.. that had nada to do w/ antyhing though.
Wedid make it to Mohammed's today... I'm getting my stone set in a silver ring. They also do free engraving.. & said that they'd engrave myname inside in Arabic!! W/ really made me happy!
THe way there was interesting too.... something I'll def never forget. Amy & I started down the upper road & saw a huge crowd gathered. A man came up & told us to go on the other way, that it wasn't safe there.. they'd just caught some theifs & were beating them, but that it was ok because the police were there watching! Then he sent us on & told us to be careful becuase theives are everywhere. It was def. an experience.
We did lunch at the Leopard Hotel.. That was good. Can you say prawns curry & icecream? yum....
The rest of the day was pretty much spent w/ making name tags...
TOmarrow is Mama Lynn's son's wedding... that'lldef be interesting too. I'd better get. TTYL
