| Sparkman's Bridal Service is NOT a catering service. YOU provide the food, we provide the PERSONNEL and EQUIPMENT to relieve the Wedding Party of the responsibility and stress of the reception without the worry of fine details. |

| Our basic plan includes: Fruit punch, punch bowl and ladle, punch cups, dry roasted nuts, party mints, mint and nut dishes, cake plates, cake knife and server, forks and spoons, toasting goblets, and lace tableclothes (white or cream). Price includes equipment for five tables, buffet plates and forks, trays, chafing dishes and serving utensils for service ready food provided by the Wedding Party |
| The Wedding Party responsibilites include placement of the tables that are selected to use and the removal and replacement of the furniture not being used in your selected floor plan. At some facilities arrangements must be made to have a custodian present during the function. Our Staff will arrive TWO HOURS (more time may be needed) before the party time to set up. We remain throughout the affair monitoring all tables by rmoving soiled dishes, refilling punch bowls and overseeing the cutting of the Cake. There will be an additional charge if the staff is required to stay beyond the agreed departure time. All leftover food items will be removed from our equipment, packaged and placed with the Bride's belongings. The food preparation area will be cleaned by our staff. Trash removal is the responsibility of the Wedding Pary. |
| Sparkman's Bridal Service does not provide any alcoholic beverages or equipment for service of alcoholic beverages. We do not provide FRESH flowers or any other decorations. Full payment is required one week prior to the date of the party. We accept cash, personal checks or money orders. |
