| news update August 2004 Current Location: New York, New York High-Powered Property Investment Makes Waves Yes, I've bought a funny-coloured cottage not too far from the beach back in NZ. For the price of the best kerbside property in New York (by which I mean a cardboard box, of course), I've scored the cutest little holiday home down in the land of the long white cloud and the fluffiest sheep.
