Cassie Beaumont (Bobbie Eakes)
Psycho Cassie brought nothing but trouble and heartache to the residents of Spencer Street. Mentally unstable and dangerous, Cassie went on a shooting rampage at Somerset General Hospital before fleeing. She later returned and killed Luke when he threatened to expose her as the Somerset Stalker. She fled once again and hasn’t been seen since.

Luke’s drug problem spiralled out of control after his girlfriend Nicole revealed she was pregnant and he wasn’t the father. Trapped in a downward spiral, Luke sought revenge and killed Connor before taking the Goodwin family hostage. Arrested on the belief he was the Somerset Stalker, Luke threatened to reveal the truth that Cassie was actually the stalker before she silenced him forever by killing him.

Kind, caring and a genuine nice guy, Connor was a firm Spencer Street favourite whose life was cut tragically short when he was fatally shot by a jealous and drug affected Luke Cooper. Connor left behind his grieving fiancée, Nicole, young son, Charlie and siblings April and Matthew.
Jane Fowler
Jane Fowler (Natalia Livingston)
Returning to Somerset after the breakdown of her marriage, Brock and Luke’s sister walked straight into the craziness of the Somerset Stalker’s rampage through the city. Narrowly escaping an attack, Jane was later killed when the stalker blew up The Austral Hotel on New Years Eve. Trapped under a steel beam, Jane died in Brock’s arms.

Arriving back in Somerset to reunite with his lost love, Kate and re-build a relationship with his estranged daughter, Nicole, it wasn’t long before David had cemented his place as a Spencer Street favourite. After a whirlwind romance, David and Kate became engaged, but a tragic twist of fate saw David perish in a car accident in the series’ 50th episode.

The black sheep of the Goodwin family left Spencer Street readers stunned when he revealed to his mother he’d killed Noel, a paedophile who was abusing Cain’s young daughter, Felicity. After Kate helped Cain flee Somerset, the bad boy returned in the series’ 50th episode and turned himself in to the police. He is currently serving time in prison.

Dr Kate Goodwin (Jess Walton)
The mother of Spencer Street, Kate tragically lost her life when the car she and David were travelling in careered over the edge of a cliff in the landmark 50th episode. Unbeknown to Kate and the current residents of Spencer Street, Kate’s own daughter, Nicole was responsible for the car accident that ultimately claimed her parent’s lives.

Rotten to the core, nasty hospital CEO Stuart shocked family and friends by admitting to the brutal murder of his love rival, Theo Hilton as well as the physical abuse of his ex-wife, Kate. After a heated argument resulted in the death of his girlfriend, Louise, Stuart committed suicide by driving his car over a cliff and into the ocean.

Leo’s relationship with Chloe set hearts racing until it was revealed the pair were actually half brother and sister, following an affair between Leo’s mother, Louise and Chloe’s father, Stuart. After a romantic picnic in the Somerset Ranges with Chloe, Leo lost his life when his car slipped over the edge of a cliff.

Louise became public enemy number one when her affair with Stuart was revealed and the truth about Leo’s paternity became public knowledge. Following a heated argument, Stuart pushed Louise down the stairs of number 25, resulting in her death. Stuart then loaded Louise’s body into the trunk of his car and drove it off a cliff into the ocean.
Shaznay Hilton (Tanisha Lynn)
One of the most hated women in Spencer Street history, Shaznay managed to steal Jack away from Chloe and convince everyone she was pregnant with his child. When the truth was finally revealed, that the child wasn’t actually Jack’s, Shaznay tried to make peace with Chloe and Jack to no avail. She now lives in Auckland, New Zealand.

Following a whirlwind romance, engagement and wedding, Grace’s second husband was fatally gunned down by Cassie at Somerset General Hospital’s Annual Charity Ball. As the shooting spree continued on around him, John sadly passed away in Grace’s arms.
Margot Hudson (Susan Flannery)
The former owner of number 19 and the café, Margot packed up her life and left Somerset to travel throughout Europe. Returning home for the occasional surprise visit, holidays and special occasions, Margot is never far from the action and is currently travelling through Southern France.
Miranda Hudson (Charlie Brooks)
Calvin and Georgia’s youngest child was trouble with a capital T. After seducing everyone from Stuart to Luke, Miranda joined her grandmother on her travels through Europe. Returning home for the Christmas holidays, Miranda was tragically killed when the Somerset Stalker blew up The Austral Hotel.

Good guy Harry was left devastated when his fiancée, Emma was fatally shot by Cassie in the hospital shooting rampage. He later found love with Amy before she up and left for London. Realising Amy was ‘the one’; Harry followed her to London and proposed. They’re both currently living in London and organising their wedding.
Andrew Preston (Jon Hensley)
Evil Andrew terrorised and blackmailed Sarah for months before his spectacular death in Spencer Street’s 50th episode. After it was revealed that he had fathered the child Sarah gave up for adoption, Andrew sought revenge. However just as he was about to attack Sarah in the 50th episode, Andrew’s son, Will, shot him dead.
Jennifer Preston (Katherine Kelly Lang)
Downtrodden, abused and neglected, Jennifer struggled to free herself from husband Andrew’s crippling stranglehold on her life. Following a surprise visit from Loretta DiCenzo, Jennifer learnt all of Andrew’s dark secrets and plotted to leave him. After Andrew escaped from hospital, Jennifer quickly boarded a plane and left Somerset for Oakridge.
William ‘Will’ Preston (Greg Rikaart)
Groomed by his evil father since birth, Will’s sick infatuation with Sarah took a sinister turn when he began stalking her. Refusing to leave town with his mother, Will shot Andrew dead before confronting Sarah about his attraction to her. Teased and taunted by Sarah, a clearly disturbed Will shot her twice before shooting killing himself.
Emma Stanton (Sarah Michelle Gellar)
Emma found true love with Harry and was over the moon when he finally proposed. However Emma’s bliss was short lived when Harry’s stalker, Cassie arrived on the scene and went on a shooting rampage at the hospital. Emma was tragically shot and died in Harry’s arms in the season one finale.
Amy Wilkinson (Madeline West)
Originally engaged to Brock, the pair broke up when Brock’s meddling sister, Jane caused problems for the duo. Amy later found happiness with Harry before being asked to return home to London following her father’s heart attack. Harry later joined Amy and the pair was soon engaged. They still live in London and are planning a wedding.
