     • To get the best look of this site, a Microsoft Internet  Explorer 
         5.0+ should be used. Only with IE can you see the hypertext 
         rollovers, and it helps when navigating the site. A screen size 
         of 1024x768 is needed for the best view, although the site is 
         configured to work perfectly with a screen size no less than 
         800x600.
      • For the best look for the font, make sure the font Arial is
         installed into your computer. If it isn't you can get it here.
      • Can't see the links? Then your screen settings are too dark. If
         you can't see the big dot below, adjust your monitor brightness
         until you can.
