1. How does the Online Question/Answer process work ?

Go to the Post a question page. Select the appropriate application modules and versions and briefly describe the issue and specify your email address. We will analyze the issue and come up with a resolution within the hour. That is our commitment. If we cannot come up with an answer then we will direct you to the right direction. Your answers will also be posted in the Answers page.

2. Why would I ask you the question instead of opening a case with PeopleSoft?

There are a variety of reasons why you would first want to check us out. First we might have the resolution for your question already and you can get the answer quickly. Second, there are times when you just want to know how to do certain things rather than essentially opening a case, we can help in these situations effectively. Third this service is absolutely free and fast. Fourth, we have a bunch of talented, experienced resources handling issues that you would face usually so chances are that you will get the answers quickly and accurately. And last but not the least, all our professionals are experienced in the fields of various implementations, "been there done that" breed. So chances of you finding the most effective and efficient solution you are looking for quickly are high.

3. Where could I find the right resources to come onsite and help us with our issues?

Most of our resources are located locally. Please call the service representative to schedule an appointment and they will be happy to come to your site and show you how the entire process of onsite consulting will work. You can hire the resources on a fixed time, fixed deliverable basis or on an hourly basis. As always when you hire the onsite consultants our outsourcing support is always free for whatever work we do.

7. What implementation tools do you offer? What setup do I need and who would install them ?
We currently offer two products IssueGlobal 1.0, which is an online issue resolution system The other product is RequestGlobal ver. 1.2 which is Online Development request Management System. Both are developed in PeopleTools 8.2 and 8.4. We will install, setup, test and train on our tools as a part of the package when you hire our onsite consulting services.
