The staff at St. Andrews OHSC have an obligation to the children and their families, and to their work collegues, to display a professional attitude towards their work.

Our service encourages the building of friendship, enthusiasm and motivation among staff members as an important foundation of a happy and caring service.

It is a requirement at St. Andrews Outside School Hours Care that all staff have a:

• Current First Aid certificate
• Suitability Card
