Hi, my name is Fluff

Usually they call me Fluff Cat. Sometimes they call me Mangy. That's 'cause I'm kind of a weird looking cat. One eye is smaller than the other and even though mom might brush and comb me real pretty, five minutes later my fur is going it all different directions. I can't help it if my coat has a mind of it's own. To top it off, they say I walk funny because I injured my back when I was a kitten. I think I walk and run just fine. Oh well, no matter. I know my family loves me and that's what really counts, doesn't it. Oh, yah, I love them, too. Actually, I love everyone, especially if they are willing to loan me their lap for a little while.

Hey. Do you think if I sit here at the table long enough, they'll serve me up some of that chicken I like so well? It's worth a try.

Mom, that Sam dog is pestering me again. Boy, he can be such a pain.

Fluff was a pound kitty. Somewhere along the line, she had received a crippling back injury. We have been assured by three different vets that she is not in any pain. She does, however, look a little strange when she walks or runs. Other than the fact that she does not have the strength or balance in her hind legs that most cats do, she manages just fine. She is very definitely a people cat and extremely affectionate.

Sadley, our beloved Fluff left us on January 11, 2008 after a brief illness. Thankfully, she was happy and active until two days before she went to the bridge. She was 17 years, 5 months old.

She will be greatly missed.
