This station was reconstructed in the Zulran sector, to provide protection and moniter the activity in the neutral zone area. She is to provide the first warning and defense if a hostile enemy is to come into her range as well as protect the Zulran system and peoples. The station is also to provide a resting place and transfer station to ships, emassairies and Federation functions which should happen in the vicinity. She is to home to comerece as well as a place for the Zulrans to meet and interact with the Federation and other species.

Starfleet has been given the permission from the Zulrans to mine many of the asteroids that surround the system.
