| Dare To Dream Where does reality fit into the scheme, when at night you dare to dream. An escape from life's daily dose of pain, to refresh your soul, to begin once again. Your fondest wishes can come true, for in your dreams, you can't be blue. Look deep within your heart, you shall see, the dreams you have waited to set free. Is it true love, serenity, or happiness you seek, dreams hint at the future, your own peek. Open your mind and set your thoughts free, who knows what tomorrow, you may see. The mind and heart combine during the night, to bring you passion, and to curb your fright. Images you see, but don't quite understand, until the morning, when your feet hit the ground. The images and dreams stay within your head, not really missing, and yet not really dead. Just gently tucked away for the future to recall, the signs will be there, no matter how small. Your heart will feel as though it never has before, the mind only glimpsing at what is truly in store. Each one is unique, with different threads binding, in the patchwork of life, it's the love that is bonding. Each color is so true, each smile so special, there's no beginning, no ending, but a lot in the middle. Each person is a star, a whirlwind, even a block, measuring love with happiness, not following a clock. Each stitch so gently laid, each promise specially made, for with each new union, a new pattern and picture is made. Friends are like dreams, the best ones come true, not filled with lies, hatred, and anger all through. Each word is a bond, opening a new door to come through, for each person is special, not knowing what the next will do.
