Veronica

Veronica is a sweet little girl, and the daughter of Leah and Lexi. She tends to chatter at me with her teeth when she gets scared or nervous ... oh and she is the loudest ham! She also keeps very odd hours - often doesn't get up until near dawn. The she makes all the noise possible to wake me early! She and her sister Valerie are trying to drive me insane by depriving me of sleep! She had a log for a nook and loves it. She disappears into it all day.

She's got that super short, super plush fur. It's like velvet. I hope her children inherit that! Her yellow markings are very tiny and mostly on her back so they're hard to see in pictures. But I assure you, they are there and she is a tortie!! She's one of our largest hamsters and has so much shine to her coat that she looks satin. And what a beautiful face! Her tort markings get more pronounced as she ages.
