| League Changes The Illini Youth Football League elected to realign for the 2003 season from the 3 Division Gold/Silver/Bronze format, back to a 2 division North/South structure. The League will continue with developmental Saturday program and a competitive Sunday Program. The Comets will field Saturday & Sunday teams at the Lightweight & Middleweight level. | About Us As a member of the Illini Youth Football League, The Stateline Comets are a tackle football organization located in Richmond, IL. Our teams consist of youths between the ages of 9 and 14. We organize by both age and weight broken down into 3 categories, Lightweights, Middleweights & Heavyweights. We field teams on Saturday (instructional) and Sunday (competitive). Our home games are played at both Richmond High School (Sunday) and Nippersink Middle School (Saturday). |
