In this section, we will publish about FORTY
discussions and
lectures, dedicated to our Crew-Friend,
Khalid
Ali, written
between 1998 and 1999, concerning the topic:
The "Human Being".
Certainly, what is exposed here is extremely
controversial,
but that is exactly what the "Human Being"
is all about.
We really do not expect anyone to agree
with us, from the
point go. We know the main arguments against
our exposition.
We affirm and respect these views, in fact,
we are acquainted
with them all along our lives on a global
scale. The only
intellectual virtue which we expect is
rational patience, is
the preparedness to listen to other views
too; and then, to do
and think and excel the "human being" all
of, by and for
yourselves, here and now!
The contents of this correspondence will
surely be a great help to
introduce our Guests into the strange serpentine
roads of our
Science a n d Philosophy.
The manuscripts are revised and slightly
edited. We also
include the comments a posteriori
of our friend and Crew
member, Carl
Zimmerman. Below, we publish the Index, and
the first letters.

Human Being and Human Thinking
My dearest Khalid,
Sometime ago we had a chat concerning "nice people",
"nice guys" , about "nice human beings" in general. Today I just
thought that I could let my thinking run wild, and very relaxed talk with
you about "being", "human being", "thinking" and "human thinking"
for a while.
I can imagine us sitting at an open fireside, enjoying the exciting
heat of inspiring flames; listening to the symphony of nice birds, animals
and insects; and enjoying a savoury steak with roasted potatoes, sipping
now and then a cold Maltin Polar with Pilsener flavour. This is the right
atmosphere for
profound thinking about thinking itself, which reflects being and
which reproduces being and thinking themselves.
Let us embark on the daring venture and adventure to visit already
known mine-fields, to collect and to recollect what we have been taught
about the "human being" all along
the tender years of youth, during the socialization process,
which began in the cradle, that is, if we had not been saved from
the vices of such a luxury at all, and which accompanies us, here and now,
as our very special guardian angel, not to say as our "Big Brother", throughout
our "prime age", and which will lead us later, in the "evening of
our life" , to the "Promised Land" of radio-active Global Happiness and
Universal Eternity in the Hereafter, to the gaping Void of Nothingness.
Sad to say, there will be no "come-back"; not even a faintest chance to
think what a fool the so-called "human being" was; perhaps it is better
that way; meanwhile "ignorance is bliss", for the "human beings", and "it
is folly to be wise!", for Us.
Everybody, and for a long time, we ourselves, have been using concepts like "man", "woman", "human beings", "people", "the masses", etc., as if we were parrots, and even this is an insult to the poor birds, because at least they also have brains, and for their lives, they use them to the full. Only now and then, a "human being" pesters them, put them in a cage, and try to convert them into domesticated monkeys or clowns.
As we were saying, we use concepts, and we neither reflect intellectually nor do we reproduce rationally what exactly we are babbling and rambling there. Of course, others have coined these concepts in the state ideological factory since ages, and they have entered the free market of "thought" , the freedom of expression, as exchange-values, as communication media, as language, and now they are engraved into our neurones, and they function as our own grave-diggers. But we, the birds of youth, with an insatiable hunger for knowledge, for human thought, at school and at university, we search with zeal and zest, leaving no stone unturned, for these valuable treasures to fill our coin collector's album, to show the world what bright "human beings" we are.
Of course, the argument that "human beings" think, and that they are social, and that they need a means of social communication, that is, language, at this level of our discussion, holds water, and there is no problem about this ideology. But when language and thinking are declared as part of the essence of "man", or as that what distinguishes him from anything else, then this ideologics become problematics.
As little as man knows about the so-called "Hereafter", so little he knows what happens in the "brains" of a parrot, and a priori the "lord of the jungle" cannot just state that parrots have no level whatsoever of "thinking", and that they do not have the foggiest notion of any degree or level of "social" or at least "natural" communication. Did not these brilliant minds once upon a time state that the world is flat, and that it (they meant themselves) forms the centre of the universe? We believed them. Now they say the opposite, and we still believe them.
Try these ideologics with a parrot or a monkey, and note the results,
note who is "thinking". Tell a donkey to eat or collect gold leaves instead
of straw!
The language, its expressions, its contents, its time and space drill, its formal logics, did not remain for very long just a tool, a medium, it became the very soul of thinking, of the "human being" itself. Not the so-called "human being" was thinking, independent of language, official royal language was thinking for him; he just became a Pavlov-Dog receptor of language. He did not only believe in gods, he even believed that thinking is language, that he can only think in language, and that there is no other way of thinking at all, except by means of and through language.
To be the best thinker in the universe, he only needs a Doctorate in Language, a D. Litt. in German, to be able to read Hegel's Logics, to think it, and to understand everything written in this extremely complicated philosophic work. In the same way, he was taught that he sees only with his eyes; of course, he only sees that which was coined to see with his brains; instead of eyes, a pair of spectacles or round mirrors could also have done the job, perhaps with much more precision.
Now, there we are, at the prime of our life, and what do we know about "being", "human being" and the "people"? Can we still think at all? What happened with our brains, can we still think with them? Did some parts rust away already, did brain parts vanish forever?
What happens with a brand new car, with all the luxurious gadgets
which one could imagine, when we leave it somewhere standing for 30 or
40 years? Or when we have used it successively as a garbage bin, fowl pen
or toilet room, will its motor, its "brains" still function? What happens
to a cosmic-ontic being when he had experienced for decades the slow, sure
grinding of the mills of dissocialization and
denaturalization in the Divine Patria?
The answer is very simple: The mass and mess of him that remain are
being moulded into a beautiful "human being", and all "beings" then form
the "human race", Man or Mankind. It is this "mess and mass", moulded in
Holy Communion, and later in Private Commonwealth, which celebrates on
a world scale, the Holy Mass of All Human Souls. Luckily an infinitesimal
minority on this planet still has cognitive, emancipatory and historic
abilities and capabilities.
But it is doomed to future global extinction, unless a cosmic
"miracle" occurs!
You know, the good old Shakespeare, looking at this mess, had an excellent "brain wave":
"Call a Rose by any other name,
it will smell just as sweet!"
Call a cosmic-ontic being a "human being" or not a "human being", what is decisive about it, is its caustic flagrancy and its sweet fragrance.
Well, it suffices to say: use your neurones that are not yet stone-dead, use your sense-feeling which can still smell a rat, and can still differentiate a gray rat from a red rose, and intensely enjoy the sweet fragrance, the "oils of Arabia", around you; in your own words, enjoy the authentic "nice people".
Well, my dear friend, did you enjoy our fireside chat?
Now, only the coals are still glowing; slowly they convert themselves
into ashes.
Tomorrow, the "Phoenix of Thinking" will be reborn, will enjoy a Rebirth, a Renaissance, and like an Andean condor, it will soar above new Horizons, heading towards other Verses, towards historic Cosmoi.
Good-Night,
Love,
FRANZ.
