TrishZ's Italian Stillman Legal Sauce
1 can of whole Roma/Plum tomatoes in juice
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans of water
1/2 tbl garlic
2 pkts splenda
1 Tbl each of oragano, parsley, rosemary, basil
few pcs of bay leaves
2 tbl romano cheese

Puree tomatoes and juice and mix all, bring to boil
reduce heat & cook for about 10 minutes over medium & heat, taste to see if your missing anything.
Teriyaki Sauce
8 tablespoon soy sauce
8 tablespoon water
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 packets of splenda

Mix ingredients well and store in the fridge until needed. 
You can marinate chicken, beef or pork in this..
Just Like "Heinz" Ketchup
BBQ Chili Beef Burgers
12 ounces tomato paste
12 ounces water
6 ounces wine vinegar vinegar
1/4 cup splenda
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
pinch cloves -- optional*

Mix all the ingredients together.
1lb lean coarse-ground sirloin
1 Tbsp onion flakes
2 Tbl low carb catchup
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp smoke flavor

Combine all the ingredients & mix Form into 4 patties. BBQ for time depending on how well-done you like your burgers.
Makes 4 servings (250 cals per serving)
Broiled Breast of Chicken
2 bone in chicken breasts                           1/2 tsp each of dried rosemary, parsley, thyme
1/2 tsp of Bells no salt poultry seasoning    1 packet instant chicken broth
2 Tbs. onion flakes                                      1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
2 tsp. parsley, minced  
                          
Wash chicken and sprinkle on seasonings above.  Let stand over night and bake on 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hr until done….
Broiler BBQ Chicken
TrishZ's Chicken Parm
2 lbs chicken breast (skinless bone in)
¼ cup tomato juice
¾ cup chicken bouillon
1 TBS wine vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 TBS onion flakes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pepper sauce, 2 dashes
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1 pkt Splenda

On rack in preheated broiler pan, place chicken bone side down.  Combine all
other ingredients in a bowl and mix  well.  Brush the marinade liberally over the chicken. Broil about 8 inches from heat 20 minutes, brushing every few minutes with sauce.   Flip half way thru and brush with sauce.  Cook until tender and done about 45 minutes.  You can also cook this out on the grill. 4 servings (290 calories per serving)
2 pounds of cut up chicken breast
1 cup of TrishZ's Italian legal sauce
2 cups of water

Mix all together & bake 400º covered
until chicken is tender or cook on top of stove.
Egg Drop Soup
1 medium egg
1 cup chicken broth
Celery salt

Beat the egg drop into hot broth (don't boil) stir constantly until egg forms ribbon looking noodles.  Season to taste with celery salt. (90 calories)  makes 1 serving.
Cola Chicken
Chicken, Turkey or Rabbit Quiche
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup low-carb catsup
12 oz. Can diet cola

Brown chicken in nonstick skillet.
Pour catsup and diet cola over
chicken & Bring to boil. Cover, reduce
heat & cook for 45 minutes. Uncover,
turn up the heat and continue cooking
until the sauce reduces and thickens.
It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce.
2 cups cooked meat diced
6 eggs
1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp fresh garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together. Pour into a glass baking dish and bake
uncovered at 350 until it is set about 20 minutes.  Top with a sprinkle more of cheese. Makes 4 servings (295 calories per serving)

Cottage Cheese Pudding
2 cups fat free cottage cheese.         3 eggs, well beaten
½ tsp vanilla                                   ½ tsp extract flavor of choice
4 packets of splenda                        1/8 tsp salt

Combine all the ingredients & spread in a shallow, non stick baking dish. Sprinkle
Bake in 325° oven (preheated)for about ¾ of an hour (tested by inserting knife in pudding, done when knife is clean).Makes 8 servings (90 calories per serving)
