Stonebroke's Bluff Creek Tess, the dam of our current litter is out of NFC Denalisunflo's Ring and NAFC Kane's Bluff Creek Annie. Tess is a splendid dog in all respects, as you would expect from a dog of her lineage. She is a liver/white (mostly white) dog and weighs 42 pounds. She is very solid in the field. She is not what most people would consider a field trial type of dog. Her hunting pace is more methodical than a field trial dog. She is the easiest dog to handle that I've ever owned. I rarely have to use a whistle to bring her in when we are hunting. Her temperment is impeccable. She is just a great all around dog.
Stonebroke's Storming Abbit, the sire of our current litter, is out of Expressway's Blackjack (high point Canadian pup) and FC KC's Abbitt Flashy. Storm is a young dog that is showing tremendous potential. He is a 44 pound birdfinding machine. He is a black/white (mostly white) dog with a considerable amount of ticking. He has trained easily and is very savvy. He has a great retrieve and is an overall outstanding dog. Storm just completed his first full season in the field and had an exceptional year. We are expecting great things from him for many years to come. |
