POWER LEVEL(PL): An overall rounding of your characters power

HIT POINTS(HP): How much damage your character can take until death.

Ki: Your character's 'Energy' from which you draw to use attacks(Ki related attacks.)

ATTACK DAMAGE(AD): The extra damage your character can deal to a target

SPEED(SP): How fast your character is. Determines who goes first in battle, and if your speed is double the opponents you get 2 attacks instead of one. If it is quad the opponents you get 4 attacks instead of one.

MONEY($): Money is very important for a character so they can buy items which they can use for many different things

IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT SPEED

Alright guys for all current members here is how you figure out how much speed you have, First get your PL and divide by 200, now that is your speed.. Got it? Not very hard eh?

Alright first of all, all beginning characters start with Power Level:1200, 200 KI & HP, 0 AD, and $400. They also start with Weighted Clothing and Boots, and a Scouter. To start off first go to one of the training rooms for the living (Kami's Lookout or The Kame House). Start doing any exercise like pushups,situps,katas,handstands whatever it doesn't really matter. I highly recomend you read all these rules before starting for they will help out a lot.

Now most of you want to battle and prove how strong you are, the simple is basically a turn by turn style. Here is an example.

Goku fires a Kamehameha @ Vegetta Ad=2000

Using a move counts as a round. At the end of each attack you must state the Attack Damage

Vegetta blocks the Kamehamha

Blocking counts as a round but you can only block 3 attacks.

Goku goes SSJ

Transforming counts as a round

Vegetta fires a Big Bang attack @ Goku Ad=2500

You must state who you are directing the attack to

Goku takes the hit and eats a senzu bean

You may choose to take the damage. Using an item counts as a round

There that is our example fight, lets reccap what we learned here

2 Blocks, States the AD after each attack, Using items counts as a round, State who you are attacking, Transforming counts as a round.

You cannot block,dodge, cancel out, stop or do anything to stop a Spirit Bomb from hitting you

You always get 3 blocks for every Round (Round is 5 turns) except if you have Phasing which gives you an extra block

Charging also counts as a round

Abbilities like Possess , Fighting Strength, Power Sense, Power Hide cannot be use during battle

Thats basically all you need to know for the fighting part.

KI FOR ATTACKS: For PL's 1-500,000: The attack takes the KI listed below on the list, For PL's 500,001-and up: It takes 5 times the Ki listed on the attacks page

CHARGING ATTACKS: You can charge any move and it will gain more power for every turn. So just times the original damage by a certain #, After the 1st turn charged X4, 2nd X5, 3rd X6 and so on.

The KI needed to charge each turn is the same as the original KI for the attack.

After the 4th turn of charging it can't be blocked

NOTE: Low powered attacks cannot be charged!

SLICING LIMBS: During a battle you can choose to slice somewon's limbs off, To do this you must do this attack the limb. The damage done is 1/2 of what it normally would be.

You may only slice off limbs with these attacks: Kienzan, Destructo Disc, Sword Buster, Weapons (Sai,Sword,Scythe)

Here is an example:

**Trunks unsheaths his sword and slices off Goku's arm AD:1000**

The AD is half of your max and you must target the limb

**Vegeta's arm falls to the ground and he screams in pain**

Vegeta took the slice, you can also choose to block the attack

When a limb is severed you lose 25% of your max AD, for each limb severed another 25% is minused

If you are killed in a regular match (Challenge etc.) you are revived in 1 week

If you are killed by a boss you must be wished back to life or wait until the boss is killed. Or if the boss decides to he can make your return in 1 month.

If you are killed in another tournament or a Free-For All then you must be wished back in 1 week.

If you are killed during a saga by a enemy, you must be wished back to life

When you are dead you may only train @ King Kai's and fight at HFIL

If you die at HFIL or at King Kai's you must go To The Dead Zone until the next portal opens

The Tenka-chi Budokai is the tournament for this RPG we match people up and basically they fight , here are the basic rules for the Tenka-chi Budokai

You cannot kill your opponent, If the time is running out we will disallow senzu beans and golden fruit, If you do die in the match your opponent is disqualified

Well those are basically the rules for now, the fighting system works the same as a regular match just with those rules added

  The Saga is a ongoing event I have in this RPG where a new enemy comes with his men and the warriors gotta stop him. It is beyond traditional battling where the characters must pull together and devise plans to defeat the fiends. Once a enemy is defeated a new enemy will emerge after a little while, so the fighters have time to get stronger.

During a saga when saying things like brb and whats ur pl or anything that has nothing to do with the saga's role palying type in ::OOC:: before you say it.

Sagas will not all be fighting , there will be training and storyline as well

If a saga enemy says you are dead, you are dead basically like a boss does in GKRPG
