These are the flower-presents I have received. (:
This bouquet was sent on my birthday from Becca and her family. (:  It's quite a list!  I think the people at the flower shop were a little surprised... hehehe.  THANK YOU ALL!!
These two bouquets were given to me on September 13th, at a welcome party that Fusako and her fellow members of N.I.C.E. (Numazu Association for International Cultural Exchange) gave me.  The president handed me the sunflower one, and another member gave me the purple one.  I've been told it's a type of orchid.  Now I just have to reasearch how to care for it! (:

This is a closeup of the blossoms.
The orchid bouquet is decorating my kitchen table at the moment, while the sunflower one is on top of my TV.  It's so nice to have something to take care of again!  ... I wonder how Plant is doing....
This is the bouquet I received at my "Welcome Party" from the teachers!  (I think this bouquet thing is just a conspriacy of the Japanese teachers, making sure I keep my dining room table clean!  Everytime I finally get it covered with mail, newspapers, and other assorted junk again, I get a new bouquet I have to take pictures of!)
Here's the other side of it, and a close up of some of the flowers included.  It looks like some small roses... but again I'm lost otherwise! Heh...

It has taken the sunflowers' place on my TV... the poor thing is wilting. ):
Here are some shots of the bouquet I received at my latest "Welcome Party."  It smelled so nice. (:
