| AL BHED DICTIONARIES/PRIMERS LOCATIONS Here are the locations of the Al Bhed Dictionaries/Primers that you will find at Spira: 1. Al Bhed Salvage ship 2. Besaid Village. Crusaders Lodge 3. S.S. liki. Engine room 4. Kilika.Tavern 5. S.S. Winno. Bridge 6. Luca Stadium. Basement B 7. Luca theater. Reception 8. Mi'ihen Highroad 9. Mi'ihen Highroad. Newroad, North 10. Mushroom Rock Road 11. Djose Highroad 12. Moonflow 13. Guadosalam.House 14. Thunder Plains. Agency (Tell Rin that your study is going okay) 15. Macalania Woods 16. Lake Macalania 17. Sanubia Desert 18. Sanubia Desert 19. Al Bhed Home 20. Al Bhed Home. Living Quarters 21. Al Bhed Home. Main Corridor 22. Bevelle Temple (Must acquire immediately after the wedding) 23. The Calm Lands 24. Remiem Temple (Near chocobo) 25. The Calm lands 26. Omega Ruins Once you have acquired all 26 Volumes of the Al Bhed Dictionaries/Primers, go to the Traveling Agency and speak to Lin/Rin. He would give you a Key Item: "99 Reverse Keys". What these do is translates all of the Al Bhed text from beginning to end. Just start a New Game. And when you are at the Marine/Submerged Ruins, go to the Al Bhed Compilation Sphere and let it read the Memory Card in which you have all 26 Volumes, and then VOILA! Everyone is speaking in your native tongue. But do note that Tidus still says that he doesn't understand Al Bhed in the beginning of the Game. Also, do note that 30 of the Reverse Key gives you "Double Over Drives", so equip that to 3 of your favorite Party Members! There are more uses for them, but I'm going to let you deal with that! AL BHED RANKINGS Whenever you have acquired a certain amount of dictionaries, a popup window would appear telling you about your Al Bhed ranking depending on how many Dictionaries/Primers you find around Spira. So every 3 or 4 Al Bhed Dictionaries/Primers you find, you will advance a rank!
