Info Kardinal Offishall. Toronto War Child Music Member 7 Bill Allstars Member Kardinall Offishall released his first album in 2002, Firestarter, with hit singles Bakardi Slang and Ol' time killin'. He has unique writing and freestyling skills, because exactley how Canibus spits with scientific excent, he spits with raggae/rap mix excent. Info Mad Child [(white) (San Fransisco/Vanouver)] Met Prevali [(Black) (Vancouver)] Swollen Members started their journey as duo in 1997, and after that released 3 gold albums, with hit tracks, bring it home and steppin' thru. Swollen Members are the top Canadian Rappers along with Ghetto Concept. Both of them especially Prevali got amazing flow. I will look for their video and see if I can get it on.

Rascalz come straight outta Vancouver. They got the talent like Fat Joe's terror squad, in other words, they put a latino touch into their music.
