The Interview Process

Don't be bashful..smile and have fun!!!

In order to get into the Walt Disney World College Program(WDWCP) you have to get interviewed by a Disney College Recruiter. These Recruiters come to colleges all across the country and interview people for the program.  You must go to the presentation about the WDWCP in order to be considered for the program. After the presentation, which lasts about an hour, you will sign up for an interview time. If you traveled to another school, you will have interviews that night so be sure to dress business like.  If you attend that school, then you will schedule your interview for the next day.

Arrive early to your interview and have your application filled out. Be sure to know which three job prefences you would like.  You will be interviewed in a group, with anywhere from 1  to 3 other people with you. Be sure to show enthusiasm for the company. Let them know how excited you are at the chance to work at Walt Disney World. Don't forget to smile, because that is the most important thing to do.

Things to bring/remember to do right before your interview(*talk to an alumni for advice*)
1. Bring your application and make sure its filled out.
2. Dress business like(guys- dress pants, dress shirt and tie, wear a suit coat if you want to impress..Girls- wear a business suit/dress or a a skirt and nice blouse)
3. Bring a resume and referral cards(if you got one from your campus representative)
4. Make sure you have the "Disney Look" (no more than one ring on each hand, no bracelets or necklaces, only one stud earring per ear, guys no earrings, natural looking make up. if you have anything else pierced(nose, eyebrow, tongue) be sure to take it out.)
5. SMILE!!

Disclaimer: *These are just some tips..these don't guarantee that you get in. Some people have gotten in wearing shorts, tennis shoes, and piercings, and not having resumes.. It just makes a better first impression for the recruiters. Plus the recruiters see that you have no problem following Disney's dress code,
