Maccabee's progeny
By travelling to Canaan Dog events we have made many new friends. This has also allowed us to be able to evaluate each others Canaans. Through this inspection process, pedigrees, health, and monitoring how well the dogs are performing at other events, we have been able to mutually agree on three sirings for Maccabee to date. All of his mates were a good compliment to Maccabee, and the resulting litters all bear this out. His sons and daughters are working as herding dogs, police dogs, and service dogs. They are also making noise in the showring as Group winners and Best Puppies in Show, and providing lots of companionship for their families.
